Overview

In 2010, Quest Diagnostics, a leading provider of diagnostic information services, partnered with Hot Studio, a New York–based creative agency to redesign their website and mobile app. The goal was to create a more intuitive, patient-centered digital experience that simplified how users accessed test results, scheduled appointments, and better understanding of their health information.

Contribution

As a Visual Designer for Quest Diagnostics, I contributed to the modernization of both the website and mobile app through close collaboration with UX and stakeholders:

UX Collaboration & Translation
